ICEF South Asia – an inaugural event focused on the world’s leading source of international students

South Asia has overtaken China as the leading source of international students. During 2021, with the uncertainty of lock downs and border closures, China saw a 25% decline in students enrolled in overseas institutions. At the same time, India’s overseas enrolments increased by 27%.

Our inaugural ICEF South Asia event provides a unique opportunity to connect with hundreds of student recruitment agents from across India and other South Asian countries, i.e. Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Pre-screened by ICEF to ensure professional standards, these agents are both valued business partners to educators and trusted advisors to thousands of students wishing to study abroad.

This much-anticipated event runs over three days, from 06 – 08 February 2023, with in-person delegates meeting at the Westin Mumbai Powai Lake hotel, and others taking part virtually from anywhere in the world.

At ICEF South Asia, you can build your own personalised programme from up to 38 in-person and over 80 virtual one-on-one meetings with existing and potential partners.

Seminars are available live during the event, and on-demand through our online platform, both during and for four weeks after the event.
