ICEF Secondary Education returns in 2023, for its 4th edition, focused on connecting people recruiting international students for secondary, boarding, high school, foundation, and junior education programmes. This is a hybrid event, with in-person delegates gathering at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, and others virtually from around the world.

ICEF Eurasia gives international educators and service providers the opportunity to meet top-quality student recruitment agents from all over Central Europe, Turkey, and the Caucasus at one focused event, enabling them to effectively intensify their marketing & recruitment efforts in these important student markets.

Running from February 27 – March 03 2023, with networking events in both Mexico City and Bogota, the roadshow is the most efficient and cost-effective way to meet a large number of quality agents in two key countries, with connections in the wider region.

ICEF Japan-Korea Roadshow is back for its 8th edition – providing international educators and service providers with the opportunity to meet active, ICEF-screened student recruitment agents from both nations.

In collaboration with Gulf Conferences, ICEF launches the ICEF World Student Scholarship Education Programme (IWSSEP) – a new event created to bring together educators from around the world with scholarship providers from across the Middle East.

ICEF Student Recruitment for Online Programmes is a new virtual B2B networking event connecting providers of online education with pre-screened student recruitment agents who are experienced in promoting online and hybrid programmes across all study types, levels and durations.

As international education continues to face the challenges of recovery, economic uncertainty, and digital transformation - ICEF San Diego 2022 was a celebration of our industry’s resilience and adaptability as 697 friends and colleagues came together from 76 countries.

ICEF Berlin Digital Day is a new, one-day networking conference that informs and updates senior international education professionals on the latest technologies and digital tools available to them. Scheduled the day right after the international education sector’s largest networking event (ICEF Berlin) and taking place in the same venue, ICEF Berlin Digital Day presents itself as a natural extension in the agenda of senior international student recruitment professionals.

As international education continues to face the challenges of recovery, economic uncertainty, and digital transformation -ICEF Berlin 2022 was a celebration of our industry’s resilience, adaptability, and innovation, as 2,460 friends and colleagues came together from 114 countries.

ICEF Virtual China is an online networking event dedicated to helping international educators meet reliable new student recruitment agents and reconnect with existing partners from all over China, including Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan and also Singapore.

ICEF Latin America 2022 was an event that was energised and optimistic as delegates representing 346 organisations came together, with 246 taking part in person in São Paulo, and 100 virtually. For 20.4% of delegates, this was their first ICEF event focused on Latin America.

Over the past four years, despite the pandemic, there has been a sharp increase in attendance at ICEF Higher Education conferences. In 2022 this upward trend continued, making Barcelona our largest gathering so far - with over 31.5% of delegates attending for the first time.

ICEF Virtual Africa 2022 provided international educators with the opportunity to network with agents from 24 countries across the African continent, over the course of three days.

The 2022 edition of this long-standing ICEF event was a welcome return in a region working hard to recover from the lockdown. This was a truly international event with educators, agents and service providers gathering from across five continents to build new partnerships in this diverse and dynamic market.

ICEF ANZA 2022 – bringing a community back together again. The buzz of the ICEF ANZA community finally coming back together again was palpable throughout the duration of this much-loved event. There was a collective sigh of relief as friends and colleagues came together in a spirit of friendship and enthusiasm for the future.

ICEF French Education finally took place in Montréal, providing a rare opportunity for B2B networking between French & Canadian educational institutions, study abroad advising organisations from 31 countries and service providers from four related sectors.

ICEF Toronto 2022 - our largest North American event ever! There was a great deal of excitement leading up to ICEF Toronto, with many in our community looking forward to catching-up with friends and colleagues in-person after such a long period apart. And the event certainly did not disappoint.

ICEF Spanish Education provided a rare opportunity for B2B networking between Spanish education providers and agents from 37 countries who travelled to Seville to meet with them and join fam trips around Andalusia and to Madrid.

ICEF Virtual Eurasia provided an opportunity for focused B2B networking between educators, agents and industry-related service providers, interested in recruiting students from across Eurasia.

As travel restrictions begin to lift, it was encouraging to see so many professionals coming together to connect with new and existing business contacts, in preparation for the return of international students to campuses across the globe.

Participants were able to make use of our flexible 24hrs scheduling system to accommodate all time zones.

With restrictions gradually lifting, the phenomenal success of ICEF Dubai 2022 was no surprise. The in-person format of this popular event was sold out weeks before - reflecting great anticipation for our industry’s recovery. Attendance was a huge 67% increase over the previous edition.
